we have to use bar codes and Pocket PC's with ShopFax?
Data can be entered into the system manually, scanned at a workstation
or scanned in with the pocket pc's. However, scanning reduces the
most prevalent problems in data collection and analysis - human error
and inconsistencies.

Can
I tie multiple locations together with this system?
Yes. We will perform an analysis of your current system and make recommendations
for hardware capability. From there, it is a simple matter of adding
users as your business expands.

Will
this system interface with other systems such as fuel and accounting?
There are many fuel and accounting systems being used with ShopFax.
If the interface doesn't already exist, then it can be written. It
is important that the departments concerned with the interface talk
with our IT people so that the investment is used wisely!
